When buying a Painting from us you are offered a unique pre approval service. As part of this servoce DocoArt.com will email you a photo of your painting for your approval. At that point you can either approve the painting (considering you are happy with it), or send us notes and request for modification. After the the modifications are done you will receive a new photo of the paiting with a request for approval. We will not ret until you are 100% satisfied! Only after your approval of the final painting it will be shipped out.
In case you have received a damaged painting, or in case the painting has been lost by the currier, please contact us at HelpDesk@docoart.com. We will paint for you a new painting free of charge. In order to take care of the case and paint for you a new painting, we will need supporting documents and photos explaining the case.
Even though we have designed and manufactured a custom package for shipments of stretched paintings (Gallery Wrap/Stretch), in rare occasions it might be subject to damages during deliveries. If the frame you have ordered is damaged please contact us at HelpDesk@docoart.com and we will refund the cost of the frame.
